Halo engagement rings at a glance

Questions about halo engagement rings

Halo or hidden halo? A halo rings the center with small diamonds so it reads larger from above. A hidden halo sits under the center, seen from the side, and leaves the top view to the center alone.

Does the carat on the listing count the halo? Read the center carat. Total carat weight adds every stone, so a halo raises it without changing the center.

Will a straight wedding band sit flush? Often not: a halo can leave a gap and want a curved band. Ask us about the ring you pick, or see women's wedding rings.
