What you're buying is gold priced just above spot, with my signature on every piece. I sign each one by hand.
Because I can only sign so many, the premium rises as more bills enter circulation — that's what keeps the project sustainable. This is an experimental, limited release; I can't sign an unlimited amount of gold.
If demand grows, premiums grow with it. If the project succeeds, the premium may climb further. And if it doesn't — you still own the gold.

One troy ounce equals 31.1 grams. To get the price per gram, divide the spot price by 31.1. Multiply that by the bar weight (1g, 5g, or 10g) to get the bill's spot value.
Each bill is hand-signed by Maksud Agadjani. Because he can only sign a finite amount, the premium above spot increases as more bills enter circulation. The premium starts at 10% for the first 500 bills and rises in tiers up to 35%+.
Yes. Every TraxNYC Gold Currency bill is made from .999 fine, 24-karat gold — the highest purity standard. If the project ends, you still own the gold at its full intrinsic value.
The gram prices shown here are calculated directly from the live gold spot price, which moves throughout the trading day. Our team updates the spot price feed regularly so the values reflect current market conditions.
