Accessibility

TraxNYC is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the experience for all of our customers and to meet or exceed applicable accessibility standards.

Our goal

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, and cognitive needs.

What we are doing

We regularly review our website and are actively working to make it more accessible. Recent and ongoing improvements include:

  • Full keyboard navigation for menus, filters, product galleries, and pop-up dialogs
  • Clear, descriptive labels for buttons, links, and form fields so screen readers can announce them
  • Improved color contrast for text and interactive elements
  • Support for the “reduced motion” setting to limit animation
  • Consistent page structure with headings, landmarks, and a “skip to main content” link

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. While we strive to adhere to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, some areas of the site may not yet be fully optimized. We are actively working to identify and resolve any remaining issues.
