The fine print

What you're agreeing to

By sending TraxNYC ("we," "us") photos for the Customer Hall of Fame — whether by email, direct message, or in-store — you agree to these terms. Participation is completely optional and is not required to shop with us or receive support.

What to send

Two photos: one of you wearing your TraxNYC piece (your face is optional) and one close-up of the piece itself, along with the display name you'd like shown. Please don't include private information, documents, or other people's details in photos or captions.

Your permission to us

You grant TraxNYC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to store, resize, and display your submitted photos, chosen display name, and optional caption on TraxNYC websites only — the Hall of Fame gallery, homepage sections, and relevant product pages.

What this does not include

This permission does not cover social media, promotional emails, paid advertising, print, or training AI models on your photos. Any use beyond our website would require your separate, specific permission first.

You still own your photos

Submitting doesn't transfer ownership — the photos remain yours. This license lasts only until you withdraw it.

What you're confirming

• You are at least 18 years old, and no minors appear in the photos.
• You took the photos or have permission from whoever did.
• Every identifiable adult shown has agreed to this use.
• The photos are genuine and don't infringe anyone else's rights.

Review and display

Our team reviews every submission before anything is published; submitting doesn't guarantee featuring. We may resize, compress, or proportionately crop photos for display and remove location metadata — we will never materially alter the jewelry, your appearance, or the meaning of your caption. Publicly we show only your approved photos, chosen display name, and caption; your email and contact details stay private.

Removal — anytime, no reason needed

Email service@traxnyc.com and we'll stop further publication and remove your photos from our Hall of Fame, homepage, and product-page placements within 5 business days. We can't retrieve copies others may have made outside our control.

No compensation, no marketing changes

There's no payment or reward for participating in this version of the program. Providing your email lets us contact you about your submission — it does not subscribe you to marketing or change your existing preferences.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, updates will not broaden the rights you've already granted — expanded use always requires your new, specific permission.
