Shipping & Warranty Policy

At TraxNYC, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience and ensuring your jewelry arrives safely and stays protected.


1. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically within the US and offer international shipping to 111 approved countries.

  • Processing Time: In-stock items usually ship within 2 to 5 business days.
  • Customs & Duties: We are not responsible for duty fees charged by customs. For questions, contact shipping@traxnyc.com.
  • Sales Tax: Orders shipped within New York State are subject to an 8.875% sales tax.

2. Shipping Insurance

We automatically insure all packages on our end to help protect shipments while in transit.

At checkout, customers also have the option to add Optional Shipping Insurance for additional protection and priority claim support in the event of loss, theft, or damage during shipment.

Optional Shipping Insurance Tiers:

Under $1,000 $10.00
Over $1,000 $15.00
Over $2,000 $20.00
Over $2,500 $25.00

While we maintain carrier-level insurance on our side, adding Optional Shipping Insurance provides an added layer of protection and helps streamline the claims process.

Important: If Optional Shipping Insurance is declined, the customer assumes responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage once the package has been marked delivered by the carrier. Should any issues arise, contact verify@traxnyc.com.


3. Warranty Coverage Options

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry. At checkout, customers may select an optional extended warranty plan that covers manufacturing defects only.

Available Warranty Plans:

Plan Coverage
Silver Warranty Covers manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery
Gold Warranty Covers manufacturing defects for 180 days from the date of delivery
Diamond Warranty Covers manufacturing defects for 365 days from the date of delivery

Please Note: Warranty coverage applies strictly to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, modifications, lost items, or third-party repairs.

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact our support team(service@traxnyc.com) with their order number and clear photos of the item.

Lifetime Support: Even after your warranty expires, TraxNYC will perform repairs at the minimum cost possible.


4. Complimentary Appraisal

Every purchase includes an official appraisal ($80.00 value, FREE) containing:

  • Carat and gram weights
  • Diamond grade and color
  • Current market value & Corporate Seal

5. In-Store Pick Up

  1. Email verify@traxnyc.com for approval.
  2. Wait for email confirmation before visiting.
  3. Original cardholder must bring ID and the card used for purchase.
