Are these new earrings in stock?
You can order any pair whose listing takes your color into the cart. A few pairs are made after you order and take longer. For a pair you need by a date, ask the live chat whether it sits in the case today.
What size are these earrings?
The size is the width of each earring, printed on the listing in millimeters, since earrings take no ring size. Most pairs bought here were 7 mm wide or smaller. A stud's Ctw counts both ears together.
How fast do new earrings ship?
Usually two to five business days for a pair in stock. One made after you order can take up to three weeks. For a date to plan around, ask the live chat or call or text 212-872-9692 from 10 AM ET.

Are the diamonds real, natural or lab-grown?
They are real diamonds, and both kinds are here. A lab-grown pair says Lab or Lab-Grown in its title, and natural pairs name natural in their details. The flower pairs bought most were natural. If a listing reads two ways, ask first.
Can I buy just one earring?
Yes, where the listing says it is sold single, as the sword earrings and the black diamond single stud do. Most Single Cross listings are a pair, one cross for each ear. For one earring from a pair, ask the live chat first.
Which back do these earrings come with?
It varies by pair, and most listings do not name it, so check with the live chat first. A push back slides on and off quickly. A screw back threads onto its post and keeps a heavier stud from slipping.
How often do new earrings come in?

Can I return new earrings?
Yes, if the pair is unworn and unaltered and you ask within fourteen days of its delivery. Once the desk approves, it travels back on our label. We deduct a five percent restocking fee plus the return shipping. Custom pairs are final.
