Double Trouble in diamonds and 14K gold, custom made: 1.75 inches wide, 2.25 inches long and 42.20 grams, prong set with 3.11 carats of natural round side diamonds in G color and SI1-VS2 clarity. G color with SI1-VS2 clarity is a sound everyday grade, white to the eye. At 42.20 grams the piece is heavy for its size and wants a chain with strength to it.
