Description

A sapphire centre ringed by diamond petals, 11mm across the face. Large enough to read as a flower rather than a cluster, which is where most versions of this design stop. 2.4 carats of blue sapphire against 0.40 carats of natural diamond.

Prong-set on 3.30 grams of 14K gold. At this diameter the weight matters for a reason that has nothing to do with value: too heavy and the earring drags the lobe forward and sits crooked all evening. This pair is built light enough to stay flat.
