A round blue sapphire of 1.34 carats with 2.37 carats of natural round side diamonds in G color and VS2 clarity, all prong set in 18K gold. The ring weighs 4.20 grams. There is more diamond than sapphire here by weight, so the diamonds are as much a part of this ring as the blue stone. Yellow, rose and white gold are offered.
