Can I change the metal, stones or size of a ring here?
Usually, yes. Ask the live chat before you pay, since many rings here can be made in another gold, in silver or with other stones. Once a ring is changed for you it is custom work, and custom work is final.
Is the ring in stock, and how long does a custom ring take?
Ask the live chat first. It tells you whether your ring is ready in your size or made for you, and how long it takes. Name the day you need it when you first write, or call or text 212-872-9692 from 10 AM ET.

What sizes do custom rings come in?
About half the listings offer every size from 8 to 12. Women's rings often start at 4 or 5. A few men's rings reach 15 or 16. For a missing size, ask the live chat, since a ring cast to your size is final.
Should a custom ring be 14K gold, 10K or silver?
14K for a gold ring worn every day, and about two in three here are 14K. 10K looks lighter and is slightly tougher. Silver suits a big sculpted head, and the silver lion sold most in the year. It darkens with time and polishes back.
Are the diamonds lab-grown or natural?
Most listings say which, and 37 titles here say lab-grown. Most other diamond listings call their stones natural. Where a ring mixes the two or does not say, ask the live chat before you pay. A ring made for you can take either.
Can I return a custom ring?
Not one made, changed or resized for you, nor a payment toward it. Otherwise, unworn and unaltered, it returns inside fourteen days from delivery once the live chat clears it, on our insured label, less the five percent restocking fee and return shipping.
How many grams does a custom ring weigh?
The middle ring here lists 18.8 grams, and more than half weigh between 10 and 30. An animal head runs near 28 grams and a wedding band under 5. Each listing prints one weight for all its sizes, so ask the live chat for yours.
