Description

An eagle claw in .925 silver holding a tiger's eye of 35.00 carats, set with 0.85 carats of lab-grown diamonds. At 21 grams it has real weight, a pendant you feel on the chest.

The details. Each claw is hand-set by TraxNYC founder Maksud Agadjani. The pendant is .925 silver, which is sterling silver. It measures 1.90 inches long and 0.80 inches wide. The diamonds are lab-grown rounds, 0.85 carats together, graded E/F color and VVS/VS clarity: colorless to the eye, with inclusions small enough that it takes magnification to find them. The setting is prong, which lets light into each diamond.

Size and fit. The pendant comes in one version, with no size or color to choose. This listing is the pendant; no chain is listed with it. At this length and weight it hangs best from a sturdy chain rather than a fine one.

Care. Silver darkens with time, and a silver polishing cloth brings it back; use the cloth on the silver only, not on the tiger's eye. Tiger's eye should never go in an ultrasonic cleaner or soak in water, so wipe the stone with a damp cloth. Store the pendant apart from other pieces so the diamonds do not scratch them.
