An Aztec Mayan coin design on a 14K gold ring, with 4.55 carats of natural round side diamonds in G-H color and SI1 clarity, prong set. At 13.30 grams the ring keeps a moderate weight for a coin piece, and the diamonds do much of the work. Sizes run 5.5 through 10 by the half size, and the gold comes yellow, rose or white. In the US it ships with our written appraisal, which records the gram weight, the carat weight and the diamond grade.
