Description
Red, blue and yellow sapphire arranged as a flower head, 11mm across, prong-set in 14K gold. The color pull is the Philippine flag, and the stones are placed to keep those three reading separately rather than blurring into one warm mass at arm's length.
2.94 carats total on 3.20 grams of gold. Multi-color settings are harder to keep even than single-color ones, because each hue reflects at a different rate and a stone set a hair low goes dead while its neighbors stay bright.
