To say I am happy with my decision to purchase this item is an understatement. I purchased a very small gold cuban bracelet as an accent piece for myself.
Not only was the bracelet beautiful and exactly what had been portrayed on the site, but the shipping was ridiculously fast I ordered December 31st and had it on my wrist by January 5th I do not live close to NY. The most impressive thing by far was the packaging and attention to detail. I got a full kit with authenticity card, very nice note from Maks, a full assessment of the item and it's value and the box is all thought out very nicely. I don't buy a lot of jewelery, but I will be buying more from Trax. The level of care and customer appreciation is above and beyond, so refreshing in such an automated world.
