7.15 carats of round sapphire running the color range, prong-set at 3mm around a solid 2.5-inch bangle in 14K gold. A bangle is a different build from a tennis bracelet — it holds its own shape rather than draping, so the stone line stays where it is put and does not rotate to the underside of the wrist.
33.50 grams. That weight is doing structural work: a light bangle goes oval the first time it is knocked, and once it does the stones sit out of true.
