Natural diamonds throughout: a 1.00-carat round center in F color and SI1 clarity, prong set in 14K gold, with 0.17 carats of natural round side diamonds in F to G color and SI1 to VS2 clarity. Nearly all the diamond weight sits in the center stone, which is where the eye goes. The ring weighs 4.50 grams. Choose yellow, rose or white gold, in sizes 5 through 10 with the half sizes between.
