1. Check the screen with a quarter

Lay a quarter flat on the screen, over the coin, and move the slider until the coin on the screen is exactly the size of yours. No quarter? Then the circle and the ruler are not to scale: measure your paper strip with a real ruler and set that number in millimeters on the strip slider, then send it to the desk.

2. Measure

Take a ring that fits the same finger of the same hand the new ring will live on; every finger is its own size. Set it on the screen over the circle and move the slider until the circle just fills the inside of the ring.

What if the size is wrong? Can I return it?

The weight can change slightly when the ring is sized; text a jeweler for the exact weight. Resizing is custom work and a resized ring cannot be returned. An unworn ring in its listed size can come back within 14 calendar days of delivery, on our label, less the 5% restocking fee and return shipping.

Does it come with a lab report?

What if it is lost or stolen in the mail?

Every package ships tracked and is covered by us until FedEx marks it delivered. After that, loss or theft is covered only if you add Shipping Protection at checkout.

Does it come with an appraisal or a certificate?
