Questions & answers

Is this the best price? Can you do better?

The price on this page is the price of the piece. Have a number in mind? Tap Make an offer and send it; the desk answers with what it can do. Paying by bank wire takes 3% off.

How big is it?

The pendant is 1.0 in tall and 0.75 in wide, from the store's record. For a close-up next to a ruler: Ask in the chat on this page, or call or text 212-872-9692 (a person answers from 10 AM ET).

Do you have it in white gold or 18K? Can you make it custom?

Anything else (another karat, a different stone, an engraving, another size) is a custom order: Ask in the chat on this page, or call or text 212-872-9692 (a person answers from 10 AM ET), with the item number and what you want; a jeweler says yes or no and quotes it. Custom and personalized work is final sale. White gold is real gold in a white alloy.

Does it come with the chain?

Yes. It comes on its 18 in, 1.8 mm chain, sold together. For the pendant alone or another chain length: Ask in the chat on this page, or call or text 212-872-9692 (a person answers from 10 AM ET).

How much does it weigh? Does that include the chain?

Pendant 3 grams, chain 3 grams, as the store's record lists them.

Do you do layaway? Can I pay over time?

Layaway ended on January 1, 2026. To pay over time, choose Affirm at checkout: Affirm decides who qualifies and sets the terms. You can also pay with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or a card, by bank wire (3% off), or in crypto through a jeweler: Ask in the chat on this page, or call or text 212-872-9692 (a person answers from 10 AM ET).

What metal is it?

.925 Silver.
