What photo works best in a photo pendant?
One face, close up and in focus. At this size a group shot or a wide scene turns to blur. Where a listing explains the step, you upload the picture with your order. If in doubt, show the desk your photo on the live chat first.
How big is a women's photo pendant?
The middle frame is an inch wide and a little taller than it is wide. Most pieces bought were under an inch. The minis run about half an inch across. The largest frame reaches two and a half inches.
How long does a custom photo pendant take?
About two to three weeks on one of these frames; for a one-of-one, the desk gives the timing with its 3D design. For a birthday, tell us the frame on the live chat, or text the frame's name to 212-872-9692 from 10 AM ET, before you order; the checkout note works too.

Does a photo pendant come with a chain?
No, the chain is sold on its own, and none of these frames comes on one. A fine chain suits the small frames, while the heavy hearts and spinning frames want a sturdier one. Choose it from women's chains.
Is there a photo pendant that opens like a locket?
One does, the 14K heart locket, which holds the picture inside the heart. At about 32 grams it is a big piece and wants a strong chain. Every other frame shows the photo in plain view.
Are the diamonds natural or lab-grown?
Natural, on nearly every listing that names them. Two spinning frames are lab-grown. Every diamond frame names it on the origin line, and the desk confirms it for the frame you want. The grades printed sit near G color with SI to VS clarity.
Can I add a name or a date to a photo pendant?
No listing promises lettering, so ask the desk about the frame you like. For a name in gold, women's custom name pendants shows the lettering styles, and one can hang beside the photo.
Can I return a photo pendant?
Not once it carries your photo, which the refund policy makes final. Anything else, unworn and unaltered, may return within fourteen days of delivery once the desk approves it and sends our insured label, and we subtract that label and five percent restocking.
