Is this pendant set in stock?
Yes, when the listing lets you check out. Some sets are made once your order is in, and that bench time can run two or three weeks. To hear what is in the store today, ask the live chat first.
Does the pendant come with the chain?
Yes, on nearly every listing here. The pendant ships on the chain picked to carry it, in the length you select. A few pendants are listed without a chain, so read the title and the details, and ask when it is not clear.
How fast will a new set ship?
In stock, a set usually leaves within two to five business days, insured. One made for your order may need two or three weeks. For a deadline, tell the live chat, or call or text 212-872-9692 from 10 AM ET.

Can I change the chain or buy just the pendant?
Ask before you order. Length is picked on the listing, and the store can shorten or lengthen a chain. Another link, a gold chain under silver, or the pendant alone is a question for the live chat. A changed set is final sale.
Does the weight include the chain?
On most sets, yes. Where a listing prints the pendant and the chain in grams apart, the weight line is the two added together. When only one figure shows, ask the live chat which part it counts before you pay.
Is the silver real sterling or plated?
Real .925 silver, the sterling standard. Each listing's Metal line names the metal, mostly .925 silver or 10K, 14K or 18K gold, and no title here says plated or filled. Silver tarnishes with time, and a jeweler's cloth wipes the darkening off.
Will a sold-out limited edition come back?
Sometimes, as a new run with its own listing, and nothing promises one. The silver Trax logo set has returned on a new chain several times. Ask the live chat whether another run is planned.
Can I return a pendant set?
Yes, inside fourteen days of delivery, if unworn and unaltered. Clear it with us for the insured label. The refund is less five percent for restocking and the return shipping. Cut chains and photo pieces are final. A gold-bar pendant, if accepted, refunds at scrap.
