Buyer's guide
How to shop new bracelet arrivals
163 bracelets live, and tennis came in most, 36 of the 43 listed in the last 90 days.
Bead bracelets were nearly half the pieces sold in the year. Most lengths run 7 to 8 inches.
Questions we get in the store
What size bracelet should I order?
Your snug wrist measure, plus about half an inch if you like it close or one inch if you like it loose. Most new bracelets come in 7, 7.5 or 8 inches. For 6.5 inches or a large wrist, ask the live chat first.
Is a new bracelet real gold, and what does it weigh?
Most are 14K gold, and each listing names its metal and prints its grams. Bead bracelets carry small 14K beads between stones, a few grams in all. Steel and 14K pieces mix the two, so ask which parts are gold.
Is a new bracelet in stock?
If your length and color go into the cart, the bracelet can be ordered. A few are built once you order, so they leave later. For a firm answer on one sitting in the store on 47th Street, message the live chat.
More questions we get
Are new diamond bracelets lab-grown or natural?
Both arrive, and most new diamond bracelets name which in the title. Some tennis designs are listed twice, once lab-grown and once natural, in the same stone size. Where neither the title nor the details say, ask before you pay.
What does Pt mean on a tennis bracelet?
Pt is each stone's weight in points, with 100 points to a carat. A 10 Pt row sets stones of a tenth of a carat, about 3 mm wide. The higher the Pt, the wider and heavier the whole row.
How soon does a new bracelet ship?
Plan on two to five business days for a bracelet already in stock. Others take longer, and each listing shows its own ship window. Ask the live chat for a firm date before you order, or call or text 212-872-9692 from 10 AM ET.
How often do new bracelets come in?
New bracelets came in every month of the past year, and a tennis run can land several designs in one week. The page opens on the newest. To hear about a style before it is listed, ask the desk on the live chat.
Can I return a new bracelet?
Yes, if it comes back within fourteen days of delivery with no wear or changes. The desk approves it first and sends our label. Expect five percent off for restocking, plus the return postage. Resized or custom work stays final.
