Description
The Big Ben Diamond Cross Set is built for presence — a unisex piece centered on a cross pendant carrying 28.13 carats of diamonds across a design scaled to command attention without apology. If you're looking at a diamond cross pendant set 28 carat, this is the benchmark: serious stone weight, serious scale.
It layers confidently over a heavyweight chain or stands alone on a fine rope, adapting to how bold you want to go. Explore our cross pendants to compare settings, sizes, and total carat weights across the full range.
Questions & answers
Is this the best price? Can you do better?
The price on this page is the price of the piece. Have a number in mind? Tap Make an offer and send it; the desk answers with what it can do. Paying by bank wire takes 3% off.
How big is it?
The pendant is 1.5 in tall and 1 in wide, from the store's record. For a close-up next to a ruler: Ask in the chat on this page, or call or text 212-872-9692 (a person answers from 10 AM ET).
Do you have it in white gold or 18K? Can you make it custom?
The metals, colors and sizes this piece comes in are the choices above. Anything else (another karat, a different stone, an engraving, another size) is a custom order: Ask in the chat on this page, or call or text 212-872-9692 (a person answers from 10 AM ET), with the item number and what you want; a jeweler says yes or no and quotes it. Custom and personalized work is final sale. White gold is real gold in a white alloy.
Does it come with the chain?
Yes. It comes on the chain length you pick above, sold together. For the pendant alone or another chain length: Ask in the chat on this page, or call or text 212-872-9692 (a person answers from 10 AM ET).
How much does it weigh? Does that include the chain?
59.4 grams (approx.), as the store's record lists it. Whether that includes the chain: Ask in the chat on this page, or call or text 212-872-9692 (a person answers from 10 AM ET). The store's appraisal states the gram weight.
Are the stones lab-grown or natural? Are they treated?
Lab-grown diamonds: 28.13ct, F-G color, VS1-VS2 clarity, as the store's record lists them. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, grown in a lab instead of mined. The store's appraisal lists the carat weight, grade and color. Treatments such as heat or color are not on the record; for those and anything not shown here: Ask in the chat on this page, or call or text 212-872-9692 (a person answers from 10 AM ET).
Do you do layaway? Can I pay over time?
Layaway ended on January 1, 2026. To pay over time, choose Affirm at checkout: Affirm decides who qualifies and sets the terms. You can also pay with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or a card, by bank wire (3% off), or in crypto through a jeweler: Ask in the chat on this page, or call or text 212-872-9692 (a person answers from 10 AM ET).
What metal is it?
Solid 14K Gold: 14 karat is 58.3% pure gold, alloyed with harder metals for strength.
Does it come with an appraisal or a certificate?
Every gold order ships with the store's appraisal: carat and gram weights, diamond grade and color, market value and the corporate seal. International orders get a digital appraisal.
How fast does it ship, and can I return it?
Every order ships from 47th Street, tracked and covered until delivered. Usually ships in 5 to 10 business days.
Returns: 14 calendar days from confirmed delivery, new and unworn, in the original packaging, on a label TraxNYC issues; an approved return carries a 5% restocking fee and $50 return shipping in the continental US ($100 international), and the original shipping is not refunded.
