Blue sapphire prong-set at 3mm on 14K gold, with an adjustable closure rather than a fixed length. That solves the usual problem with a light tennis bracelet: at 7.70 grams there is not enough weight to keep a loose one sitting where you put it, so being able to draw it in matters more here than it would on a heavier piece.
2.94 carats of round blue sapphire. Narrow enough at 3mm to stack against a watch without fighting it.
