1.12 carats of round blue sapphire filling a heart at roughly half an inch, prong-set in 14K gold at 3.40 grams.
All sapphire, no white stones. That is the harder version of this shape: with no diamond outline the heart has to hold its form from the metal alone, so the frame carries more gold than a mixed build would and the stones sit tight enough that no gold shows between them.
The sibling piece adds a diamond surround if you want the contrast.
