Is this new piece in stock?
Yes, if the add to cart button works for your size and color. Some listings ask for two to three weeks of production and say so. To see a piece in person at the store on 47th Street, ask the live chat first.
What necklace length should I choose?
Eighteen inches for most pendants, resting on the collarbone. Sixteen lies close around the neck. New chains and sets also run 20 to 24 inches for a longer drop. A chain shortened to fit you is final sale.
Is the gold real, and which colors come?
Yes. The listing names its karat, and for a year after delivery the store replaces or fully refunds a piece that tests under it. Most new gold is 14K, and you can usually pick yellow, white or rose.

Are new diamond pieces lab-grown or natural?
Both, and lately more arrive lab-grown. A lab-grown piece nearly always says so in its title, and the live chat confirms one that does not. Each is a real diamond. US orders, except silver, come with the store's appraisal of carat, grams and grade.
When will a new arrival ship?
An in-stock piece usually leaves within two to five business days. A piece that needs production can take up to two or three weeks, and some listings say so. If you need it by a date, ask the live chat before you pay.
What ring size should I order for her?
Her own size, read from a ring she wears on that finger. New women's rings mostly run 5 to 9 with half sizes. Ask before ordering a size outside the list, since resizing makes a ring final sale.
