Can I order a best seller right now?
Yes, if the listing puts it in your cart, and nearly every top seller does. A few limited editions say SOLD OUT in the title. Some pieces are made once you order, and the listing names the wait.
Which chain length should I choose?
Twenty-two inches suits most men and lands mid chest. Twenty sits just under the collarbone. Go to 24 when a large pendant needs more drop. Choose before checkout, because a chain cut down for you is final sale.
What ring size do I order?
Order the size of a ring that already fits that finger, and take the half size when you land between two. Nearly every ring that sold offers halves. A ring resized after the order is final sale, so settle it first.

How soon does my order ship?
Stock pieces usually leave within two to five business days. If the listing says it is made after you order, allow two to three weeks. To fix a date, ask the live chat, or call or text 212-872-9692 from 10 AM ET.
Is the gold solid or hollow?
The title usually tells you, since most hollow chains say hollow and many solid ones say solid. Among chains that named it, solid sold about two to one. Hollow links weigh less for their width and can dent, and most listings print the grams.
Are the diamonds natural or lab-grown?
Both, and the title or the listing details usually say which. Natural led in small stones, such as the flower earrings and the crosses. Lab-grown led in engagement rings and studs. Each one is real diamond, graded the same way.
How do I compare two pieces that look alike?
By the gram weight the listing prints. Two chains of the same width and length can differ, and the heavier one carries more metal and holds its shape longer. If a listing leaves the weight out, ask the live chat before you order.
Can I return a best seller?
Yes, within fourteen days of delivery, unworn and unaltered. Once the desk clears it, our label brings it back, less five percent restocking and return shipping. Resized rings, cut chains, custom work and watches are final. Gold bars, if accepted, refund at scrap.
