Are these watches new or pre-owned?
Pre-owned, all but the lab diamond watch, which states no condition. Nothing here is sold as new or unworn. Read the year on a listing as the year on its card or papers, when the watch was first sold.
Can I return a watch?
No, every watch is final sale. Our refund policy puts watches on its strictly non-returnable list, so ask before you buy. Send the desk your questions over the live chat; a text to 212-872-9692 gets its answer from 10 AM ET.
Does the watch come with box and papers?
More than half do, with the maker's card or papers. Nearly every description says which, in the short line above the store's sign-off. The box is sold apart on nearly every listing, and four watches include it.

Which brands do you carry besides Rolex?
Audemars Piguet, with seven steel Royal Oaks for sale today. Two Casio G-Shocks with a custom diamond bezel and a lab diamond watch fill out the case. Name a brand or model missing from the case, and the desk will search the trade for it.
Are the diamonds factory set or aftermarket?
Only one title here says factory, so ask about the rest. Some descriptions say aftermarket, work done after the watch left its maker, and the others do not say. Both can wear well, but a custom setting is not the factory reference.
Are these watches for men or for women?
Both, and the case size sorts them. Every watch of 31 mm and under is on our women's watches list. Every 36 mm is on the men's and the women's lists alike. From 40 mm up they are on the men's.
How fast does a watch ship?
In-stock watches usually ship in two to five business days, and every shipment is insured. Whether a given watch sits in the case on 47th Street today is a question for the desk, so ask the live chat before you count on a date, or text 212-872-9692 after 10 AM ET.
Is there a warranty on a pre-owned watch?
No listing here names one, so ask before you buy. The card or papers are the maker's paperwork, not a store promise. When the watch was last serviced, and any warranty of our own, the desk answers in the live chat, and by text from 10 AM ET.
