Find your bracelet length
Measure your wrist with a tape or a strip of paper, pick how you like it to sit, and read the length to order.
1. Measure the wrist
Wrap a soft tape snug around the wrist, over the wrist bone, and type the inches it reads.
Set the screen with a card first. Lay any bank, debit or ID card flat on the screen, standing tall, so its short edge runs across the box, and move the slider until the box is exactly as wide as the card. No bank card? A driver's license, metro card, gift card or hotel key is the same size.
Wrap a strip of paper snug around the wrist, over the wrist bone, and mark where it meets. Cut it at the mark and fold it in half, end to end. Lay the fold on the 0 at the top of the ruler and move the slider under it until the gold line sits on the two ends. The ruler reads the whole strip.
6.25 inches around the wrist
2. How should it sit?
The link
A 6.25 inch wrist with a comfortable fit takes a 7 inch bracelet. 74 of the 156 bracelets here come in 7 inches. It is the most bought length here: 67 percent of the bracelets sold here in the past year with a length recorded.
The counter's rule of thumb: measure the wrist snug, then add half an inch, three quarters of an inch or a full inch for a snug, a comfortable or a loose fit. A link 10 mm or wider eats room inside the loop, so add a quarter inch more. Between two lengths, take the longer.

Questions we get at the counter
Which diamond bracelet should I buy her: a tennis bracelet, a bezel bracelet or a bangle?
Buy a tennis bracelet if the diamonds should lead, and a thin bezel line if she will wear it every day. The tennis rows take about half the sales here. A bangle goes over the hand, so there is no length to guess.
What size diamond bracelet should a woman wear, and how do I measure her wrist?
Seven inches, if you must guess. About two in three pieces bought here with a known length were that size. Better, borrow one she wears, close it and read it on a ruler. The men's bracelets guide measures the wrist.
Lab-grown or natural diamond bracelet: which should I buy?
Lab-grown for the bigger stones, since every row here past 15 points is grown, and natural if a mined diamond matters to her. Both are real diamond, and most buyers here chose grown. If the listing names no origin, ask us, because a blank never means natural.
More questions we get
How can I tell if a diamond bracelet is real?
The listing tells you first: 150 of the 156 here print the diamond weight and mined or lab-grown, both real diamond. A gold piece shipped in the US carries our appraisal of carats and grade. Home checks: how to tell if a diamond is real.
How fast does a diamond bracelet ship, and can I get it by a date?
A bracelet marked In stock near the price usually leaves within 2 to 5 business days. Made to order runs longer, and a jeweler texts you its timing. If the day is fixed, tell the live chat or write it in the checkout note; texts to 212-872-9692 are read from 10 AM ET.
Will a diamond tennis bracelet fall off, and what clasp does it have?
Not when a box clasp is shut with its safety catch over it, the pair to look for. The safety keeps the row on her wrist if the tab works loose. Some descriptions never name the clasp, so ask the desk.
How do I clean a diamond bracelet at home?
Press each stone with a fingernail first; if one moves, take it to a jeweler before it meets water. Then five minutes in warm water with three drops of plain dish soap, a soft toothbrush behind the settings, a rinse, and an hour to dry.
How much does a women's diamond bracelet cost?
Every listing shows its own price. How big each stone is moves it most, then grown or mined, then the karat and the gold's weight. Gold's price for the day is on the gold price page.
Can a diamond bracelet be returned, or shortened to fit?
Either, not both, since a shortened bracelet is final. Unworn, unaltered and not custom made, it can return within fourteen days of delivery. The desk clears each bracelet's return on the live chat, or on 212-872-9692 from 10 AM ET, and issues our insured label. We deduct that label and five percent restocking from the refund.
