Every ring here is 18K gold, and most are offered in yellow, white and rose: solitaires, halos and hidden halos, three stone and toi et moi rings, and bridal sets. Centers are natural or lab-grown diamonds in round, oval, pear, radiant, emerald, cushion and princess, from half a carat to 5 carats and beyond.
18K is 75% gold; 14K is 58.3%. The extra gold gives 18K yellow a deeper, warmer color and 18K rose a softer pink, and with less alloy it is often the better pick for sensitive skin. It is also softer, so it shows scratches sooner than 14K, and a jeweler can polish it back. 18K white gold is plated with rhodium for its bright white, and the plating is renewed every so often.
Other metals: yellow gold engagement rings in 14K and 18K, and platinum engagement rings. Every ring: women's engagement rings. The bands: women's wedding rings. Karat by karat: 10K vs 14K vs 18K gold. Today's gold price: the spot page. Call or text 212-872-9692, or visit the showroom.
